Mingol Varr

This outpost is located on the northern edge of Ekrund. Its warriors kept a watchful eye on the seas, ever wary of threats approaching Ankor Drakk from the sea.

It also served as a harbor for smaller ships visiting from Barak Varr- while the docks here were too small to properly service merchant vessels, many smaller envoy ships were anchored here while nobles of the old holds bargained with the lords of Ankor Drakk.

The outpost lies quite a distance away from the Dragonbacks, which is what initially saved the garisson from greenskins who were too busy assaulting the gates of Ekrund. Some of the soldiers stationed at Mingol Varr chose to make a doomed charge at the rear of the horde, while others decided to flee for Ekrund. The former died with their honour, the latter lived on in shame.
