ooc: i join in standing at the door. I can also try to throw ulrik into combat if thats the way we proceed. i dont think we should go for the pressure plates so close to combat.

[[ooc] Ulrik can go for it. Ubba can shoot if there's no space, or charge in to assist if Ulrik clears some room.

Ulrik lets out a gleeful laugh as he charges the Skaven column, planning on plowing through the fodder to get at the leader.

[ooc]Overrun + Charge.[/ooc]

Ulrik charges towards the skaven column and plows through it. The first skaven jumps out of the way, jostling with its' kin to get away from the dwarf. The second stabs out, catching Ulrik in the thigh, causing a deep wound (5 wounds taken). A third and fourth make feeble blows, but their hearts are not into it, perhaps because of the barbarian's cover fire that came from the pair of rangers. At such a close range it was almost impossible to miss. The two combined their fire, taking down a skaven warrior. The first bolt impacted with a thud on the skaven's shield, but the force nearly knocked the creature over. The arrow which came in after dropped it.

Ulrik, with his way to the skaven leader forced, brought his weapon down in a brutal art. The skaven pack-leader barely had time to squirt the musk of fear before it's head was cut in twain.

With their leader dead and one of their number fallen within the space of six seconds, half of the skaven immediately turned and fled into the dark halls from which they came. The other four though stood their ground, closing in on Ulrik. Having charged, and now being surrounded, their blades cut deep (6, 4 and 2 wounds taken). While Ulrik was certainly still on his feet, he was surrounded and was bleeding profusely.

[ooc]PC turn again! Ulrik is down to 10 wounds. Bjorn and Ubba can continue firing into combat, or they can charge in to support Ulrik. Ulrik, you haven't indicated whether you are raging or not, so I did the dice rolls as if though you were not. Luckily, it wouldn't have made much of a difference. Also, Ulrik, please indicate whether you want to hit with the Dorn Dergar or the MW-Greataxe[/ooc]

Ubba will breath deep and use his bullseye shot to fire into combat and keep pegging them off.

[OOC: Looks like Ubba's better with a bow then in close combat. He'll keep hurting them. Good thing we got that cracked rune to try and heal up after.)

Ulrik gives a hearty laugh. Despite his wounds, he seems to be enjoying himself.

"Is that th'best ye can do?! Ye shoulda ran with th'other rats!"

He turns on the one that stuck him the best and tries to introduce him to the blade of his axe.

Bjorn smiles as he hear Ulriks laughter, and put his crossbow away. Bjorn charges right in with his axe in two hands trying ti cleave a head off. "Filthy scum! Die!"

Sorry for this slipping as of now. Leaving a day earlier for the national guard training than was expected and have been rushing to get all family and work related matters dealt with. I haven't forgotten about this RP.
