We've only been live for about a week, and already there's been some changes to the forums! I've moved the RP board (which had its own categorie) to the Hobby section, and both the lounge and the debate hall can now be found under General Discussion.

Hopefully the forum is a little bit less cluttered now! If anyone else would like to suggest another change like this, please let me know and I'll see what I can do!

Or well, one change, really. I noticed some people were trying to upload avatars, but unfortunately it didn't work for one very simple reason; the url could only be 50 characters long! Any longer and it'd be cut off.

So, I changed the settings, and now you'll be able to enter a url of up to 150 characters. If there's any more issues please let me know!


(PS: for those of you who are unsure about how to add an avatar image; check "My profile" in the menu bar, where you can enter personal information, enter a link to an avatar, and change the website's theme!)

I'll be doing a bit of work on the website today, which may make tagged links in posts not work quite as well for a little while (and clutter up those posts with some unprocessed tags). I'll try and have this sorted asap!

Ok, work should be done!

For those of you who are interested, the problem occured when writing url tags in posts without using quotation marks. This led to the following issue

- (url="http://example.com")example(/url) would work fine
- (url=http://example.com)example(/url) would fail

I've reworked the code slightly, and now it shouldn't matter whether you do or do not use quotation marks! If anyone does encounter a problem with this, however, please let me know and I'll sort it out asap!

I updates everyone's avatar! Now each user hasa standard image, instead of a text saying "avatar". If you would like to change this image, please go to your profile and edit the link .
